Dealers can submit Parts Orders to the manufacturer along with notes, shipping information and attachments.

Email notifications can be configured to be sent when the other party takes action on an order. The manufacturer can adjust the part order and send it back to the dealer for additional information. A complete history of all actions taken on the order is recorded and viewable at any time by either party.

The manufacturer can also configure available shipping methods and then provide shipment tracking numbers that allow the user to click and open the shipment tracking information page at the specified shipping provider.  Tracking links are also provided in the email notifications to the dealer.
